I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were nice and well-maintained, especially being by the La Sirenas pool during the slow season which made it quite private. The cleanliness was on point, and the pool and grounds were absolutely beautiful. However, I did notice some wear and tear despite being clean.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious, with lovely furnished balconies, perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was central to everything on West Bay Beach, and the dining experience was a mix of delicious options, although with a small hiccup. Overall, a great choice for a vacation.
My stay at the Mayan Resort was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were in very bad shape, with a completely rusty fridge, and I was shocked to hear that renovations were not done by the owner. However, the sun loungers and umbrellas provided daily were a nice touch, and the rooms themselves were clean and spacious, feeling more like a small apartment.
My stay at the hotel was an incredible experience. The location was fabulous, right in the center of West Bay, next to the Mayan Princess, and just off the beach. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but there was an issue with water leaking from the walls, causing some flooding. The service provided was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable vacation. The dining options, though smaller than expected, were still tasty. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a great overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location, being right in front of the beach, was fantastic, but the room condition was disappointing with a rusty fridge and alleged double booking issue upon arrival. Despite these setbacks, the comfortable beds stood out as a saving grace during my visit.
